National Wind Energy Science & Technology Co. Ltd. was founded in July 2016 by IET, and the shareholders are IET, JinCheng capital and private capital. The mission of the company is to realize the industrialization of IET scientific research achievements. The company registered capital is 160 million CNY, of which IET’s investment is 64 million CNY as proprietary intellectual property rights, and after completing the equity incentive, IET shares 20%. The company specializes in wind turbine equipment and parts research and development, manufacturing, sales, testing, certification, after-sales service.
In 2023, the company obtained the real estate certificate for the first phase of the national wind power blade testing and development base project; the CMA and IEC-RETL qualification capabilities were extended to the two testing sites. The company provided high technology services for global wind power industry mainstream customers, such as WEG, LM, DEC, TMT, MingYang, ENVISION and SINOVEL, achieving a project revenue of 35.09 million CNY.
