Qingdao CAS GuoSheng Power Technology Co. Ltd. was established in October 2017 by the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Qingdao Chengfa Investment Group Co. Ltd. and Qingdao Rongfa Group Co. Ltd. The company mainly carries out research and development, machine assembly, commissioning test, machine and spare parts sales and operation and maintenance of advanced light gas turbines for both military and civilian use, such as pressurization of gas pipelines, distributed energy power generation, and ship drives.
In 2023, the self-developed 30 MW gas turbine has exceeded 4,000 hours of continuous industrial application assessment test in the demonstration operation at Xinjiang Kongquehe Compressor Station of the national pipeline network. The achievements appraisal meeting of the domestic development and application of 30 MW gas generator has been passed. The appraisal committee believes that the achievement has independent intellectual property rights and fills the domestic gap; the overall performance has reached the international advanced level of similar units; it has been highly recognized by customers and has the conditions for promotion and application.
