Zhong-ke-Long-xiang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in October 2018 jointly by IET and Beijing Zhong-ke-cui Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd, to promote industrial applications of high power and high-power-density microgrooves LED oceanic lighting technology in the field of high power and high-power-density oceanic lighting.
The company registered capital is CNY 100.06 million, of which IET’ investment of CNY 40.03million as proprietary intellectual property rights, and after completing the equity incentive, IET shares 20%. The company’s main business includes the R&D, production and sale of the high power and high-power-density oceanic LED lighting technology and products.
