Funded by Datong Government, 5t/d new circulating fluidized bed coal gasification test platform is established to verify the process parameters and technical route of CFB oxygen-rich coal gasification. The test platform is used to study on the coal applicability of CFB gasification, and obtain the gasification performance at different oxygen concentration and different types of coals. The gasifier is 17 meters in height with the furnace diameter of 520 millimeters. The gasification capacity is designed as 5t/d in the condition of air gasification. With the aim to be applied in the field of clean efficient coal gasification, the test results can provide data base of CFB gasification technology for a number of users.
