Research Fields

For high-end equipment manufacturing needs such as aerospace and aviation, integrated system design and integration methods, additive manufacturing process and optimization, micro-nano scale energy transport and research and development of new thermal functional materials are carried out.

Team Building

There are 15 staff, including 3 professors, 3 associate professors , and 7 postgraduate students.

Projects and Major Achievements

The scientific experiment system of the combustion science experiment cabinet of the space station has carried out the scheme optimization, the structural process parts have been redesigned and put into operation, and the detailed scheme design of gas plug-in pressure-controlled combustion, PIV laser, missing particle selection and so on has been completed. A seminar on PIV measurement scheme and microgravity combustion of combustion science experimental cabinet was held, and the IDS list of structural and technological parts was completed and redesigned and put into operation.

Development of wide rotating composite fan blade: combined with the technological research and requirements of braiding and sewing of composite blade surface, the metal edge structure design and scheme optimization of 1000kg-level integral blade and wide chord composite blade were carried out. The mechanical properties of composite structures are analyzed.

Research on Laser material addition Manufacturing Technology of Super alloy pre-swirl nozzle: according to the original design model and lightweight design model of the nozzle, the increase and decrease of the material are carried out respectively, and the forming process of the nozzle part after topology optimization is completed. The total weight of the final formed parts is 13.5% less than that of the original process, and the size and mechanical properties of the parts have been tested after manufacture, and the flow test has been passed, and the project has completed the development content on schedule and is scheduled to be accepted in March 2019.

Successfully completed the surface research of two-dimensional layered microchannel, the thermal interface of high thermal conductivity self-repair, the temperature field measurement of combustion chamber wall, the design and calculation of HN material ZN formula projects.

In order to achieve higher efficient use of solar energy, the infrared stealth coatings with low emissivity to 0.1, which is much better than the present results in the world ever, has been made by new methods.

Technology Transfer

Six new contracts were signed at a cost of CNY 12.5 million.

Signed an investment cooperation agreement with Qingdao civil-military integration development group to establish Qingdao Zhongke Ruihang aviation technology co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 80 million.

Patents and Paper

This year, a total of 10 academic papers were published, 7 of which have been included by SCI, 2 of which were collected by EI; 2 patents were applied for; and 1 monograph was published (Intelligent programming and processing of aircraft structural parts, DU Baorui).

International Cooperation and Exchanges

Two people attended the 4th international conference on phonon and thermal energy science and the 16th international condensed matter phonon scattering conference, and one person served as a member of the project committee.

One person successfully applied for a program sponsored by China scholarship council and went to the United States for a one-year exchange visit.
