General Requirements: The Journal provides the forum for high-quality research communications, original new developments in scientific researches. Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has neither been published nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part, either in a serial, professional journal or as a part in a book which is formally published and made available to the public. The copyright of the paper is transferred to Journal of Thermal Science, Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Springer Verlag.
Title: Title of the paper should be exact, and not too long.
Abstract: Abstract should be about 150-200 words, outline the objective, method, main results and conclusion.
Keywords: 3 to 6 keywords or phrases for cross indexing this article.
Text: The submitted text should be in WORD format. There is no strict requirement for paper length; generally the total number of pages (including figures and tables) is recommended to be around 10 pages. All figures must not be too large, however, the words in the figure must not be too small. Don’t put all the figures at the end of the text.
References: All references should be listed at the end of the text in the order in which they are cited (not alphabeti-cal). References should be cited within the text in numerical order according to their order of appearance. References should include: name of authors, full title, full name of source (including page numbers); in case of a book, it should mention the name of the publisher and its location (name of city); in case of conference proceedings, it should mention the name of the city where the conference was held, and the year of publication.
Page charge: Starting from April 2019, all papers published in Journal of Thermal Science are subjected to a page charge of 60 Euro (or 500 CNY) per journal page if the total page number is less than/equal to 8 pages. When the total page number is more than 8 pages, the additional pages are charged of 36 Euro (or 300 CNY) per page. If there are figures to be color-printed, an extra 120 EUR (1000 CNY) is charged for one manuscript.
