Ltd. was founded in September 2016, which specializes in technology development, technology promotion, technical services, complete sets of equipment, EPC general contracting, and operation management in the fields of coal and biomass-based clean industrial gas/syngas and solid hazardous waste disposal.

In 2024, the company signeda total of 920 million CNY in orders and achieved sales revenue of 610 million CNY. In the gasification business segment, the company signed contracts for multiple coal gasification projects, including the Zhanhua Phase II, Xinjiang Huineng, and Beihai East Hope projects. In the environmental protection sector, the company carried out the Xuzhou Fengcheng and Dongneng Chemical coal gas indirect cooling renovation projects, as well as the Nanyang Sewage Treatment Plant sludge carbonization and Qingdao Xiaojianxi sludge incineration projects. In the new business domain, the company initiated its first industrial demonstration project for biomass gasification to produce green fuels and the Xinjiang Zhongke Energy Technology Co.
