In the field of energy and power, we will actively explore mechanisms and ways to strengthen cooperation with official and non-governmental scientific research institutions in developed countries such as the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom, and strengthen the overall planning of scientific and technological cooperation resources with the “Belt and Road” countries, consolidating and expanding cooperative partnerships through highlevel visits, renewal of agreements, and exchange of projects and personnel; Focusing on major scientific and technological innovation tasks such as seizing the commanding heights of science and technology, we have forged strong alliances and complementary advantages with 13 countries and 30 leading scientific research institutions including the World Wind Energy Association and the University of Queensland in Australia, supported and encouraged scientific researchers to apply for and effectively utilise resources both inside and outside the institute, and initiated 9 new international cooperation projects, thereby consolidating the foundation for long-term cooperation with developed countries in science and technology in key fields.
