CAES (Compressed Air Energy Storage) system is mainly applied to large-scale power storage, and the 1.5 MW advanced CAES comprehensive experimental platform mainly consists of compression, expansion, thermal storage subsystems. The platform can release 1.5 MW of power, with a maximum pressure of 32 MPa, heat storage temperature of 150°C, and cold storage temperature as low as -196°C. It is a comprehensive experimental platform for advanced systems and key components of CAES research and development.
