On June 4, 2009, staffs at the Center for Heat and Mass Transfer, Dawei Tang and Wei Qu, attended the 35th anniversary celebration of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia at the China World Hotel Beijing on the invitation of the Seagull Energy Corporation in Malaysia. At the celebration, Chinese Vice Premier Keqiang Li and Malaysian Prime Minister Najib attended the celebration and gave an important speech, respectively. The two sides agreed that on the basis of the newly signed China-Malaysia strategic partnership and joint action plan, the relevant departments in China and Malaysia would push forward the concrete implementations and deepen overall bilateral cooperation in the field of related technologies.
