The collection, organization, processing and utilization of the archives of the institute have been completed 442 documentary archives, 30 scientific research projects, 4 maintenance and procurement projects, 168 events of acoustic image files, and 88 patent certificate files were classified. In 2014, the patent and audio-visual archive realizes digital management. The biographies of “Wang Dasan” and “Ge Shaoyan” who were scientists of the institute, were organized and completed based on these archive materials.
