IGCC/cogeneration system and the key technology

Commissioning was completed for the R0110 heavy-duty gas turbine combustion chamber with mid-low calorific values under idle load conditions. Exploratory research has been carried out on a new concept mild combustion model combustor, and the conceptual design for low-pollutant combustor of a natural gas turbine as well as the design and experimental study on a jet nozzle unit have been completed, which established a basis for demonstrating the major special projects. 

The facilities for researching key technologies of transport bed gasification have been relocated, upgraded and reconstructed, and the heat testing facility for transport beds is undergoing pressurized heated state commissioning. The following have been commissioned and are undergoing experimental study: gas-solid flow experiment platform for transport bed, experiment platform for continuous high-pressure ash emission and experiment platform for pressurized powdered coal feeding. Technological systems and primary equipment installation for the main pilot plant for the transport bed gasification of 24 tons of coal/day has also been completed.
