The conference for finalizing the manuscript of “The 12th Plan of National Energy Technology” was held in the Dongsheng substation of our institute, Sep. 27th to 29th , 2011. The substation of our institute is also the institute of large-scale energy storage technology in Dongsheng district, Ordos city.

The participants included Binglin Xiu, the director of the Department of Saving and Technology Equipment, National Energy Administration, Cong Wang, the chief engineer of China Power Engineering Consulting (Group) Corporation, Chunqing Tan, the director of the Dongsheng substation of our institute, Professor Haisheng Chen, Associate Professor Hualiang Zhang and so on. The “Plan” was further modified on the conference.
