The institute has the fixed assets valued CNY 551 million by the end of 2016, including the scientific research instruments and equipment valued CNY 435 million. Since 2012, the value of newly increased fixed assets such as the scientific research instruments and equipment has been CNY 315 million. The scientific research universal apparatus valued over CNY 100 thousand have reached 669 sets, which total value is CNY 330 million. The scientific instruments and equipment are mainly used for the tests about thermal physical property, air dynamics, rotor dynamics and combustion. The institute has kinds of methods to meet the need of scientific research, and develops a high level management team.
