The institute organized and compiled the Maintenance and procurement project plan for 13th Five Year. The Renovations and purchase projects (Clean and efficient conversion experiment platform for carbonaceous energies and experimental research platform for wind turbine blade) of 2013 have passed the acceptance successfully and the projects (Multi-fuel pilot platform of pressurized oxygen-enriched circulating fluidized bed and Comprehensive Measuring and Testing Platform for Large Scale Energy Storage Technology) of 2014 have been performed on schedule. Our institute has received maintenance and procurement special funds of CNY 16 million in 2015, an increase of 18.9 % compared with that in 2014.

The institute organized and promoted the Ministry of Science and Technology’s national special project for the development of major instrument and equipment "Instrument development and application for the thermophysical property characterization of micro/nano-structural materials" , the fixed assets investment project "Twin-shaft Bypass Platform" . The "Turbofan Engine Platform" has been concluded successfully. Our institute organized and managed the execution and reporting of maintenance and procurement efforts.

The institute has the fixed assets valued nearly 476 million Yuan (RMB) by the end of 2014, including the scientific research instruments and equipment valued 363 million Yuan (RMB). Since 2010, the value of newly increased fixed assets such as instruments and equipment has been 216 million Yuan (RMB). The universal apparatus valued over 100 thousand Yuan (RMB) have reached 506 sets，which total value is 268 million Yuan (RMB). The test platforms have reached 110 sets, which value is 174 million Yuan (RMB). The scientific instruments and equipment are mainly used for the tests about thermal physical property, air dynamics， rotor dynamics and combustion. The institute has kinds of methods to meet the need of scientific research, and develops a high level management team.
