On the morning of Nov. 20th, 2012, four researchers including G. Dyakonov, who is the president of Russia Kazan State Technical University, came to visit the Heat and Mass Transfer Center of IET for academic exchange, accompanied by Wu Yan, director of the European Cooperation Department in International Cooperation Bureau of CAS. Zhu Junqiang, Deputy director of IET, presided over the conference with Zhu Jie, Qiu Ling and Li Yunyu attending the meeting.

On the conference, director Zhu first showed a warm welcome to our guests, and then introduced something about the research directions and the international cooperation of IET. The experts not only appreciated our reception but also gave a brief introduction to the research and international cooperation of Russia Kazan State Technical University. After that, Doctor Zhu Jie made a remarkable report about the research of measurement of thermal property in micro nano scale. The experts showed strong interests about that topic and expressed the wishes of further cooperation. At last, both sides exchanged views about the current research, joint cultivation of graduate, discipline construction and so on. Besides the cooperation about discipline and cultivation of graduate was also investigated, laying a great foundation for further cooperation.

After the conference, the experts also visited some labs in Heat and Mass Transfer Center of IET.
