On 12th April, IET, CAS (Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, China Academy of Science) and Badaling Economic Development Zone, Beijng, held a supplementary agreement signing ceremony together for National Wind Turbine Blade R&D（Experiment）Center Project, which marked National Wind Turbine Blade R&D（Experiment）Center Project Establishment was launched formally.

On the ceremony, secretary of the Party committee of IET, Zhang Ping, and director of Badaling Economic Development Zone, Liu Zongxian, signed the supplementary agreement, on behalf of the institute and the development zone respectively. The two sides also made deep communication about the establishment of National Wind Turbine Blade R&D（Experiment）Center Project. The establishment of National Wind Turbine Blade R&D（Experiment）Center project will be beneficial to the programming and development of Badaling Development Zone's new energy resource industry.
