Zhong-ke Clean Energy Gas Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2014 jointly by IET, Liaoning Fu-An Holdings Co., Ltd. and Hualu Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd., to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the field of industrial gas.
The company registered capital is CNY 30 million, of which IET’s investment valued CNY 10.50 million as proprietary intellectual property rights, and after completing the equity incentive, IET shares 24.5%. The company’s main business is general construction contracting related to industrial gas technology; construction project management; engineering survey and design; technology promotion, technology transfer, and technical services.
In 2019, the company completed the design, supply and installation of a 3-20 KNm3/h circulating fluidized bed twin bed coal-to-gas project in Shandong Pharmaceutical Glass Co., Ltd.
