Zhong-ke-Hefei Coal Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in September 2016 by IET and Chaohu-Chengxin Investment Development Co., Ltd., to promote transformation of scientific and technological achievements in coal gasification field.

The company registered capital is CNY 200.16 million, of which IET’s investment valued CNY 150.09 million as proprietary intellectual property rights, and after completing the equity incentive, IET shares 37.5059%. The company specializes in coal and biomass-based clean industrial gas / synthetic gas related technology development, technology promotion, technology transfer, technical service, engineering and technical research and test development, coal gasification and thermal related product design and sales.

In 2018, the projects under construction include Jiangsu-DeLong 4 × 80000 Nm³/h Circulating Fluidized Bed oxygen-enriched gasifier project, Xinjiang-Yihua 3 × 40000 Nm³/h ammonia synthesis Improvement Project, Xiamen-Xiangsheng 8 × 80000 Nm³/h Circulating Fluidized Bed gasifier project, and Guizhou-Hongsheng 2 × 60000 Nm³/h circulating fluidized bed have been signed. The contract amount in 2018 was CNY 0.73 billion and realized tax CNY 102.6 million.

In 2019, the company comprehensively constructed four EPC projects with Jiangsu Delong, Xinjiang Yihua, Guizhou Hongsheng, and Xiamen Xiangsheng. It basically completed the process of design, procurement, engineering construction and stand-alone commissioning. The annual output value was more than CNY 350 million. The equipment completed and material procurement was CNY 233 million, and the project installation was completed with a total of CNY 96 million.
