The integrated verification platform of 100-kW class humid air turbine cycle

The integrated verification platform is used to carry out gas turbine cycle tests with air as working medium. The performance and characteristics of gas turbine regenerative cycle and humid air turbine cycle can be performed on this platform, including start and stop characteristics, dynamic characteristics, environmental temperature influence, partial load characteristics, control strategy, thermoelectric ratio regulation characteristics. At the same time, it can also carry out performance tests of key unit technologies and their effects on cycle performance, including compressor inlet air cooling, wet compression, humid air combustion, air heating and humidification, new regenerator, exhaust water recovery. The natural gas flow required by the cycle test is about 30Nm3/h, the ambient air is about 0.8kg/s, and the electrical output power is about 80kW. It can be applied to distributed cogeneration system. This integrated verification platform is the first in China and the third in the world of 100-kW class humid air turbine cycle, which improves efficiency and power by 20%.
