1. Project Organization and management

The institute organized and promoted the application, execution and acceptance of the national major scientific and technological infrastructure project “Efficient and Low Carbon Gas Turbine Device”, Ministry of Science and Technology’s national special project for the development of major instrument and equipment “Development and Application of Instruments for the Thermophysical Property Characterization of Micrometer/Nanometer Structural Materials”, the fixed assets investment project “Twin-shaft Bypass Platform” and the “Turbofan Engine Platform”. Our institute organized and managed the execution and reporting of maintenance and procurement efforts; our institute has received maintenance and procurement special funds of CNY 14 million in 2014, an increase of 25% compared with that in 2013.

2. Sharing and Measurement

The instruments and apparatus sharing efforts of the institute has continued developing very well. The sharing rates reached 20% according to the CAS’s requirements. The institute provided daily management for the nearly 2000 instruments and apparatuses. The Grade A monitoring and survey equipment were subject to inspection on a regular basis, with the inspection rate reaching 100%; the inspection rate of Grade B monitoring and survey equipment reached over 95%, which satisfies the requirements of the Quality Management System.

3. Assets management

The institute has improved the procurement control process and materials reimbursement process, which promoted the institute’s relevant work on the management of its assets. We have reported the “Asset Management Information System for Administrative Institution” and “Information on the Management Platform for State-Owned Assets of Central Administrative Institutions” in 2013, “Annual Allocation Plan for State-Owned Assets of Central Administrative Institutions” in 2014 etc. The institute’s new fixed assets increased by over CNY 73 million over the year.
