The constructed above ground buildings at the gasification and gas turbine experimental areas have been basically put in operation. In 2013, circulation water pool, wash water, ground torch and gas boiler rooms were built, and the facilities were installed; the air source laboratory was under construction. 80% of the electrical installation of the whole plant has been completed, and the substation was ready to receive electricity. The main facilities, such as the gasifier of the gasification pilot plant, coal and gas waste heat furnace, gas scrubbing tower and desulfurizing tower etc., have been installed, and 60% of the process pipes were completed, and 50% of the instruments and electrical equipment were completed; the torch barrel of the ground torch was being fabricated onsite. The equipment of the full temperature and high pressure test rig for gas turbine combustors has been installed and was being debugged. The full temperature and high pressure test section for the combustor has been processed and installed.
